The (OHC) Over Head Camshaft configuration, i.e. with an overhead camshaft driven by a toothed belt in an oil bath that never requires maintenance, allows the engine to be compact, light, silent, reliable. The self-wrapping starter and air conveyor are made of durable steel, which increases the robustness of the engine.
